My moto - GOOD MORNING REAL ESTATE!

With nearly four decades as a New Yorker and almost two decades working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson has been an awesome journey that I hope will continue, as well as I continue to help all my past, present and future clients.

I was born in Ukraine, and came to america when I was 10 years old.  I grew up in Queens county, and lived there until I moved to Nassau county in 2013.  My past experience has been great at times, and rocky at others.

As a young man, I was originally working as a computer tech, and was licensed as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), A+(Tech Support), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), and a few other certifications, BUT ... I lost my job shortly after 9/11.  I was working in World Trade Center 2 on 78th floor, and was there at the time World Trade Center 1 was hit.  Unfortunately, I lost my job and had to take on several computer tech contract jobs, as well as jobs outside of computer industry.  For a time I was a limo driver, licensed as a Yellow Cab driver, valet parked, and yet a few other jobs that did not suit me, and I felt like I was goint nowhere.

In 2006 I decided to take classes and become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  After that I worked in every aspect of Real Estate, with buyers and sellers, residential houses and commercial properties, I owned several multifamily / income producing houses, and fliped houses whenever I had the opportunity.

And ..... here we are.  Working as a real estate agent affords me the time to spend with my family and friends, and help many buyers and sellers, and they in turn become my friends and family.

My opinion - Love your family.  Have fun with your friends.  Love your work, and it does not feel like work.
